Armstrong’s Insurance Brokers are part of the Steadfast Network and employ approximately 20 people in Hobart and Launceston.
With the increase of insurance services being delivered online, Armstrong’s Insurance Brokers require strategic advice and business IT support to assist them to improve service delivery in an increasingly competitive market.
Our Solutions
1. Establish Eaglecrest Technologies as the central point of contact to manage external technology providers that reduced wasted internal time and improved outcomes from external provider.
2. Managed Service Level Agreement to provide proactive, reliable technical support, that reduced downtime and improved productivity.
3. Provide a replacement server under a Hardware-as-a-Service agreement that improved network performance and financial management
4. We migrated Armstrong’s Insurance Brokers to the NBN, including a cost-effective redundant internet connection that Improved communication and productivity and decreased software costs.
4. Installed a Mobile Device Management platform to cover all staff mobile devices to increase security.
