Barratts Music is one of Tasmania’s longest running and widely respected Music retailers, catering for players of all ages and ability. They stock a large range of music products including Pianos & Keyboards, Guitars & Bass, Amplifiers, Drums & Percussion, Ukulele, Band & Orchestral, Pro Audio and P.A., Software, Print and other musical equipment.
Our team have worked alongside Barratts Music to develop and implement a computer system that allows them ultimate tech freedom. This included upgrading their internet to a more reliable source and ensuring their computers function seamlessly for a more effective and efficient work environment. Mark has a strong focus on reliability and their ability to serve customers without tech issues, so this has been a primary focus; invisible technology.
We also partnered with Barratts Music to provide a free online music teaching service for those unable to conduct face-to-face lessons during the COVID-19 lockdown. This entailed setting up a Zoom system, where teachers could continue to work with their students via virtual lessons.
