About Caroline

Caroline is often referred to as the “Culture Chief.” Her role is to help shape the messaging of Eaglecrest's values to build a strong employment brand and understanding emotional intelligence. She serves as the eyes and ears of the organisation and is trusted as the go-to person for employees to consult should workplace issues arise. 

Caroline is one of the newest members of the team, but she’s hit the ground running, playing a vital role in helping the team on their journey to re-evaluate and consolidate the company’s values. This has been her most valuable project to work on so far and believes it to be a pivotal component in defining the company’s point of difference.

If you could choose any superpower, what would it be? My superpower would be to control the elements - fire, water, earth and air.

What's your guilty pleasure? A (large) glass of Tasmanian Pinot Noir and dark chocolate. I am a sucker for a smooth glass of Tasmania's best!
