On a day to day basis, you’ll find Jack performing repairs and component upgrades on customer devices to ensure that they’re performing at their best and functioning as expected. Jack is currently a training technician, guided and supported by the senior technician staff to continue growing his skills that allows him to provide the best customer experience possible.
