About Luke

Luke looks after Eaglecrest's Hobart-based customers, exploring new engagements in the region, resolving client challenges through individualised technology solutions and performing technical work from time-to-time, leveraging from his past experience as an IT Manager.

He has a range of skills under his belt, including proven success in roles of project management, desktop support, procurement, software development, IT processes, IT policies, network management, customer relations and audio visual support. 

The most rewarding project Luke’s worked on was assisting clients during the pandemic. In this time, he deployed Microsoft Teams and laptop devices for an aged care provider, enabling administration staff to work from home during the early days of COVID-19. This ensured that businesses could continue to operate and stay connected to one another during a chaotic time and implement appropriate processes to ensure the safety of their residents.

The Fun Stuff

If you could choose any superpower, what would it be and why? Running more than 5kms in under 4 minutes per km sounds appealing to me! Why? Because as much as I try, I'm not sure I'll ever be that quick!

What's your guilty pleasure? Chocolate and any sweet foods.

Your top tech device you couldn't live without? My phone, although my Garmin watch is also pretty important so I can keep myself accountable for my steps and exercise.
