About Nic

Nic is passionate about Tasmania and playing a part in making a difference in connecting regional centres across any vertical to the Eaglecrest way of doing business. He describes his role as "Translating the tech" into meaningful business outcomes, that can be based around the user experience, reducing an organisations risk to malicious attack or to work towards regulatory requirements (healthcare, board instruction etc). Nic likes to use the Japanese “Kaizen”, meaning “change good” to sum up the Eaglecrest approach - the key to driving change for the improvement of an organisation and people within.
