About Bec
Bec loves collaborating with the team across all departments and our diverse client base to develop new ways of delivering a client-focused approach. She also enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from retail to enterprise. This allows very personalised relationships and says it’s, “really quite special.”
On a day to day basis, you’ll find Bec focussing less on the tech stuff, and more on the client. Her role is all about connecting with clients to build meaningful and valuable relationships. She’s our leader in ensuring the expectations and needs of clients are met.
One of the best parts of the job for Bec is leading the New Client Onboarding process. This allows her to understand the client and their business and craft a support model that is tailored to them, ultimately allowing clients to be "Free To Do".
