She’s currently in training, but will soon have her level 3 in Technology and a Cert IV in Information Technology Support. She’ll also be fully qualified to assist with general help desk requests, but she’s already pretty awesome at that without the certificate!

The Fun Stuff

If you could choose any superpower, what would it be and why? Telekinesis - with a strong enough imagination, I would basically become the FIFTH fundamental force of the universe so like... Duh (I would 100% be a supervillain clearly).

What's your guilty pleasure? I order takeaway food all the time because I can't be bothered cooking.

Your top tech device you couldn't live without? I was going to say something like "my smartwatch" or "my phone" but honestly, I would be so devastated if I lost the ability to play sea of thieves and World of Warcraft, so I will have to say my PC.

The best advice you've been given is? Fake it till you make it - which is an English aphorism suggesting that by imitating confidence, competence, and an optimistic mindset, a person can realise those qualities in their real life.
