About Vanessa
Vanessa has 18+ years of experience being a jack-of-all-trades with jobs ranging from being an IT trainee, administration, office manager, financial controller in small businesses, local government, childcare and hospitality. Not to mention her favourite role of all - Mum extraordinaire!
Vanessa’s been part of the Eaglecrest family since 2016 and her favourite thing by far is the range of technologies she’s exposed to. She loves the team and how they’ve created a supportive and flexible work environment where there’s always room to grow. Problem solving is her forte (with a cheeky side-passion for reconciling numbers)! She loves implementing Autotask software for clients to help them problem solve more efficiently.
The Fun Stuff
What superhero would you love to be? I’d be the ‘Friendly Fermenter’ with X-Ray vision to check out gut health! And my secret weapon? A lab full of jars and bottles bubbling with good bacteria and concoctions waiting to be fed to unsuspecting friends and family.
Do you have any hidden talents? My not-so-hidden-talent is being an excellent cook, but from time to time I have a creative flair which pops up in the form of songwriting, design, knitting, or anything else that could make a mess.
